Pangea develops employee-facing programs in the same way we approach our remittances app — through strong relationships, open communication, and regular feedback. As we grow, we are working to add new benefits and perks based on employee surveys and one-on-one feedback. This direct communication approach has already produced several new benefits, including a gym reimbursement program, more flexible remote work options and an expanded parental leave policy.

Health and wellness
We know that healthy employees are happy employees, and we’re proud to offer 100% employer-paid premiums for healthcare, dental and vision, as well as contributions to health savings accounts. We also incentivize wellness by reimbursing gym memberships, fitness equipment and race-entry fees.
Everyone at Pangea is committed to their jobs and creating the best product possible, but we understand and respect that employees have lives outside of work. Through generous vacation, work from home, and parental-leave policies, we ensure our employees truly have a work-life balance. We offer a minimum of 22 paid vacation days for everyone on top of 5 personal days, unlimited sick time, and paid sabbaticals for four-year employees.
Pangea is a close team, with a shared passion for making a positive impact in our customers’ lives. We work hard, move fast and laugh a lot — and our office culture reflects that. Employees appreciate the stocked kitchen (full of snack favorites and frequently replenished La Croix), but we also make time to come together after hours.
